Orders are confirmed once our team verifies stock availability by phone or WhatsApp. Cash on delivery orders must be accepted at the address provided; repeated refusals may restrict future ordering.

Unstitched fabric cannot be returned once cut. Stitched and made to measure pieces are produced to the measurements you supply and are not eligible for exchange unless the fault is ours.

Affiliate commissions are calculated on delivered orders only. Commission is voided for cancelled, returned or fraudulent orders. Payouts are processed by bank transfer once the minimum threshold is reached.
